Vesta AI is built around approval-gated client communication. AI drafts and prioritizes work, but agents remain responsible for reviewing client-facing messages before they are sent unless they explicitly configure a pre-approved workflow.

System admin, broker, team lead, and agent views are strictly scoped — no role sees data outside its authority.

No Data Sales

Vesta does not sell, broker, or monetize your leads, client records, or workspace activity.

Platform workflows respect fair housing, data handling, and licensing obligations for independent brokerages.

Information We Process

Vesta may process account profile information, workspace role, brokerage or team membership, CRM records, lead activity, email draft metadata, MLS-related search context, approval actions, and support messages needed to operate the platform.

How We Use Information

  • Sync and organize leads, tasks, email drafts, and activity from connected real estate tools.
  • Generate AI-assisted drafts, reminders, summaries, and pipeline recommendations for human review.
  • Provide team, broker, and admin dashboards with role-appropriate visibility.
  • Maintain audit trails, security controls, operational reliability, and customer support.

Connected Accounts

When you connect Microsoft, Google, Follow Up Boss, MLS-related services, or notification tools, Vesta uses only the permissions needed for the requested workflow. Access can be revoked through the connected provider or by contacting Vesta support.

Sharing

Vesta does not sell client, lead, or workspace data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform, with your connected tools, when legally required, or with your explicit direction.

Retention

Operational records are retained for support, auditability, and product function. Customers may request export or deletion of workspace data, subject to legal, security, backup, and accounting obligations.
